The Central Trade Registry's role consists in maintaining updated the companies' legal information in order to ensure the safety and the transparency of transactions and to facilitate the business relationships thanks to the publicity of the various events concerning the companies (encumbrances, charges, modifications, etc.). Thus, this section groups together the "Company creation", "Negative Certificate", "Trade Registry" and "Central Trade Registry" sections, and gives access information on:

• The various stages of company creation, modification or deletion,
• the negative certificate and how to get it,
• the Central Trade Registry and the on-line consultation services.
• As well as the search for prior registrations and applications and commercial signs.
