Directinfo Negative Certificate
DirectInfo Certificat Negatif ( Negative Certificate ) is a service which allows for on-line requests for negative certificates which are necessary for the registration of companies into the Trade Registry. After the registration procedure, the request for a negative certificate is processed by the relevant services at OMPIC. Following a search of prior registrations or applications carried out in OMPICs database, the request is accepted or rejected.
