Board of Directors

The ninth board meeting of the OMPIC was held on March 16, 2007, presided by Mr. Salah-Eddine MEZOUAR, Minister of Trade, Industry and Upgrade of the Economy. It was held at the headquarters of OMPIC in Casablanca, and deliberated on the points include in the agenda:

• Examination of the minutes of the eighth board meeting of OMPIC.
• 2006 Activity Report, and Report related to the implementation of the 2005-2007 development plan for year 2006.
• Decree and approval of accounts for Fiscal Year 2006.
• Adoption of the draft bylaws and organizational chart.
• Action plan 2007.
